Apogee IT Pty Ltd can provide contract staffing for both technical and project management roles.
We have extensive experience in the roll-out of new environments and operating platforms to thousands of end users in the Corporate, Government and Education markets.
Our staff is flexible, skilled and adapt easily to the use of new technologies.
Sales & Consultation
We provide comprehensive and balanced consulting services.
Our Account Managers and Project Consultants have extensive experience that relates to a deep understanding of both IT and business issues, which can provide the right solution for your business requirements.
Solid relationships with our vendors have enabled us to provide a wide range of products and solutions to cater for just about anything, including providing hardware and software at very competitive prices.
Support Options
Apogee IT offers three options for on-going support for your businesses IT requirements:
On-Call
- Apogee IT provides an on-call service for customers who do not need full time IT support.
- This service starts at $150.00 ex GST per hour.
- Our minimum call out time is 1 hour and thereafter charged at 15 minute intervals.
- The on-call hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm, if you require support outside these times, further charges will apply.
Bulk Hours
Apogee IT offers options of Bulk Hours for customers that do not wish to go on an on-going Monthly Support Agreement:
- 5 Bulk Hours @ $140.00 ex GST per hour
- 10 Bulk Hours @ $130.00 ex GST per hour
- 15 Bulk Hours@ 130.00 ex GST per hour
- 20 Bulk Hours @ $120.00 ex GST per hour
Blocks of support hours can be used at anytime. Our minimum call out time is 1 hour and thereafter reduces to 15 minute intervals. These options are ideal for small businesses that only require occasional IT support.
Monthly Support Agreements
For customers that have a need for regular on-going support, Apogee IT recommends a monthly support agreement tailored specifically to the needs of the individual business.
From daily backup monitoring to server/pc maintenance, Apogee IT will tailor an agreement that will meet all of your IT requirements as well as your budget.
During our initial meeting and network assessment, we will outline all of the key areas of your network and advise you what level of support we think you will need.
With this service option, each agreement is different and the charges will depend on the level of service required.
